"Το βασικότερο πρόβλημα του ξενοδοχείου ήταν ότι δεν άναβαν την θέρμανση. Πήγαμε με 2 μικρά παιδιά και τις ώρες 5-8 το απόγευμα όπως και όλη την νύχτα κρυώναμε γιατί δεν είχε θέρμανση (έξω είχε – βαθμούς).
