My 1 year old daughter found a needle syringe shortly after checking in to our room. We brought it up to the attention of the staff who was unable to help us. We asked to speak with management and to this day still have not heard back from them. We will never come back to Best Western. A place that was meant for hospitality, but was far short of making me and my family feel safe. Do not bring your family here !!!!

The location is convenient. The hotel and room were clean. The suit was nice and big. My only comment is that they did not specify ahead of time that they charge double for big dogs.
