Lori was amazing. Well checking in her sense of humor made us laugh and welcome us home. From all the rooms that I have stayed in ,hands-down this one was the best. It wasn’t even a room. It was more like a condo , which was amazing. Had a wonderful time there we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to stay again.

I lived in Victorville for many years, moved to Arizona in 05, Found home to suites a few years ago and never left. As long as I feel safe I will continue to stay in your hotel. I travel alone to see my children and grandchildren. But I will not stay with them. Nina is a true delight always so friendly and always has a smile and a wonderful spirit. Another reason why I stay. Great people. Your maids are also very friendly and always offer. A smile and a nice word of encouragement. Such a great atmosphere.and awesome people. The hotel was excellent for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked to book another room for an additional family member. The girl at reception was very accommodating and friendly. Glad we chose this hotel as it was clean and they offered WiFi, breakfast, and gave us snacks upon arrival.

The staff was out of this world everybody at the front desk was so wonderful. I have a couple of I guess. Soft complaints number one. I feel that shower caps should automatically be put into the room. Your dispensers are lovely with all the shampoo conditioner motions but there need to be shower caps. Also, I have a huge issue with late check out this Particularly hotel had no late checkout, not even an hour or two at the front desk in the morning, the young lady blamed the fact that their short staff of housekeepers anyway other than that the room location for handicap people are wonderful.
