One way in and one way out on the busiest road in the entire Victor valley area which is Bear Valley Rd. The rooms are small, no fridge, no seating except the bed and a desk chair. That said, the toilet is more standard and not like sitting on the floor to use the toilet. There is also a walk in shower with no bathtub to step into. The rate was good and overall a nice new place. Won’t stay again because of the road it is adjacent to, the traffic on that road and only one entrance and exit is also off the entrance.

My husband and i travel quite a bit. This hotel was very impressive. Starting from the friendly staff. To the very clean and welcoming rooms. Very plushy towels. Breakfast was just amazing from sausage and egg sandwiches, bagels, toast, muffins, coffee, tea, water and seltzer water, not to mention fruit and cereal. Check out was awesome it was done on the tv. Late check out was an option as well. This definitely will be our go to hotel. They made our visit to Victorville nice.

Our stay was nice. The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately there isn't much soundproofing of the rooms and we could hear the people on either side of us and above us. But the facility itself was nice. The lady at the desk was very kind.

Don’t worry about previous negative reviews as this hotel had a rough launch but has been getting significantly better every week. The staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I’m a frequent at this hotel due to the great vibe they bring.

Room was fine - the water pressure in the shower was pathetic and the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty - had to wash with shampoo. I forgot to mention that to the front desk when I left for the day. When I returned that day, my room had been serviced so I hoped that housekeeping would have changed it out but when I showered the next day, no soap again. The entrance to the property is a little hard to see and it's the only way in so if you miss it, you gotta drive around the block and try again. The continental breakfast was sparse but adequate. The coffee was good.
