Good location, tired property
The location is great and was ideal for Port Willunga beach, Star of Greece and other attractions. The house itself is very functional with a well equipped kitchen. The overall decor and bedroom furniture is extremely basic. Wifi would be a good addition and the back yard could offer another great space with a little bit of TLC. The neighbour's back year needs a lot more than TLC though...
