Amazing 1st class welcome at the reception with warm hand towels and ice tea. A great way to remember the hotel and stand out. Excellent service all the way to very friendly and professional free shuttle to CBD and train station!

The bathroom was lovely but the shower water kept going hot and cold and not easily regulated, the Aircondtioner needs updating, I did understand it was an older system apart from this it was an excellent stay, lovely friendly staff, very clean and well stocked.

From the reception desk to the bar, restaurants to the cleaning staff the hotel wasn't posy but very friendly and down to earth. Food was good, view from balcony overlooked a park. If you are not looking for a flashy hotel then my wife and I would put this at the top of your list. For reference we were in the hotel for 8 days over Easter.

Car parking not the best

Room was great, car parking on site is terrible. Booked car parking but they don’t tell you it is first in best dressed! And they sell you the car park knowing they don’t have enough car parks to go round. Car park is way too small, can’t fit many cars at all. We ended up parking on the street and getting a refund for our car park fee. Disappointing!
