The terrace is an older style hotel but is neat and tidy it has been updated so quite pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and bedding fresh and clean. Breakfast is fairly standard but had everything for a good start to the day.

Great location with views of the hills. Hotel lift was grubby when we arrived- dirty floor wasn’t cleaned for a whole day. Room smelled a bit of old smoke. The room door had scuffs and marks like someone had tried to break in. One lift out of order for several days. No sign of it being fixed.

The location is great and the price reasonable. Onsite parking was a plus. Staff were mostly helpful and easy to deal with. Food options limited to breakfast that had almost no vegan options. Main concern was the poor level of cleanliness. The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly and I found a sock under my bed when we arrived so vacuuming hit and miss like all of the cleaning. However, the location is very convenient.

The balcony sliding door did not lock, completely broken. The fridge did not work, the toilet leaked water all over the floor, the curtains were absolutely filthy, the room was outdated and overall needed a good clean, including bathroom. It appeared the only thing that was ever done in cleaning was changing bed linen and bin bags, even the bins were disgusting under the bag. In the morning cockroaches were coming out from under broken fridge and wardrobe. The staff were very apologetic but definitely wouldn’t stay again.
