The service was zero, which I understand due to Christmas holidays - in that event they should not have taken any booking in the first place - there was no breakfast, no car parking, no room cleaning, no one at the reception - overall a bad experience

When things didn’t work out staff aimed to give us a free drink or breakfast. Room 702 was a concern. Air con failed and then after being fixed by maintenance the lights didn’t work. The lift bell is not good for rooms near the lifts

The receptionist is a Filipina, we get to talk to our language, easier, quick, and get to check in earlier too. Room is great, bigger and theres actually still a lotion and a handwash hanging, which some hotels doesnt have anymore. Shops are just downstairs, easy
