"A hotel is dated, menu is bland, various facilities needed maintenance. Shower door handle loose, no securing nut. Room clean but shower glass panels were very dirty, had not been cleaned for a while. Internet was down most of my stay as was water ( due to burst pipe). Staff coped well despite prevailing ..."
