The rooms are very clean and the staff are very supportive, it’s a good location close to the airport One change the hotel needs to implement is their bathroom amenities. Especially the towels. They look worn out and very outdated. With the renovation that went on after the taking over, I think those towels that are in the bathrooms should be changed.

I didn't use the laundry service. The staff was very professional, kind and caring. The air conditioning was too cold and I had to ask to turn it up to make the room less cold. They adjusted the a/c to a more comfortable level for me.
