The room was clean and a good size, the staff were really friendly, the place was easy to find, centrally located and close to shops, the castle, the bus station and the pub next door did wonderful food. There was also a good size TV in the room and a kettle as well as complimentary teabags and coffee. Apart from the fact the shower tray got full very quickly and took a while to drain I can't think of a single negative. Really good value. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time."
