"Room was very nice .. just lacked AC like all hotels in Switzerland so was hot even with a small fan and tiny window open. The hotel was very conveniently located and the parking was reasonable (15 chf per night) in a lot nearby. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist us with check-in. This one surprised us. I think they may have had a video showing the process. We just followed the instructions, but we were in a drizzling rain as it was getting dark."
