The Westin Cape Town
Hotel is nice but overpriced. A/c in west facing rooms did not work well. The room was very hot. A/c in common areas seemed fine. In room safe did not work and despite reporting it at the front desk it wasn’t fixed. Attended a conference on site and the conference facilities was very good.

What an incredible hotel! Stunning property, wonderful food, fabulous spa. All the staff (and subsequent service) are exemplary. Lucille, Garth & Lemoagh went above and beyond. The ladies at the restaurant (apologies I didn’t catch their names) were so cheerful. Highly recommend

Room was great - honeymoon suite - very comfortable with fabulous views. Housekeeping a little hit & miss. Bar service poor. Lorette was very helpful in organising a wine tour which was very good.
