"We we’re not aware that you have to specify that you don’t want stairs, the keys did not work when we got to our location, which was at the far end of the property after climbing up two flights of stairs with luggage to get to our door. The key cards did not work, then had to go all the way back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. There are no valleys to help you with your luggage. It was late at night finding the suite was difficult they don’t take you to it. As well, the TV did not offer any programs other than two channels. There was no freshwater in the suite as well and they said the water was not fit to drink . I think for the price of a bottle of water just to supply one bottle per suite would be a nice welcome. Escorting your guest to their apartment/suite would also be advisable especially at night when people are tired from travelling and do not know the property. Other than that the location was good. The property was nice. Everything else what we we found decent."
