Robinson Rancheria Resort and Casino
"Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate. This is one of those location you need to ask for House Keeping service. We missed the first day and I requested for our 2&3rd day. The 2nd day nothing and when I went to request at the Front Desk I heard all about it through the radio communication with the HK staff. "Did we request, did we move all our crap off the bed (yes, we routinely put all our belongings in the closet)"? The lead HK gave us crap in our room, "Who did you request from? We don't do 2 days in a row!". We had one service over our 3 day stay. My wife was working the remotely the day we checked out, and she coordinated 3 times with the front front desk for noon check out. Sure enough the House Keeping staff knocked on our door at 11:15 informing us check out time is 11:00. When I told them we had coordinated there was still an attitude of "well we did not hear that!" The rest of the stay was great. The Front Desk was helpful, The casino is a short walk, and the rooms were spacious and quieter than I expected. There was good entertainment and reasonably priced. Those parts I would absolutely recommend. Just avoid the House Keeping staff, they need a class in basic Customer Service"
