We went in September, it was very quiet, not many people at all. We had our pick of beach chair at any point of the day. The swim up bar had its busy moments, but never more than 8 people. Food was good, buffet was adequate. Overall, a nice relaxing week-long vacation.

A slight ocean view. Room was clean. The staff very courteous. This is not a hotel for everybody. The area is remote on a gravel, washboard road so it’s not for everybody. We enjoyed it though! We saw lots and lots of whales. Took a tour of the reef! Which was super!

2 of 3 showers worked. Hot water needed a bit hotter and last longer. Chips & Guacamole and fries were good at restaurant only. Service at restaurant was lacking a bit. Loved the location 😁 Will stay here again"
