"The house had dirty utensils with jelly like substance on them in the clean drawer. This was very unsanitary with Covid cases on the rise. The check in process at the gate is horrible. Waited about an hour to get a pass to get in the resort. Horrible experience!"

"Property is clean and well appointed. Great location. Having the pool heat included was a positive added bonus when deciding on renting. Also, no carpeted flooring and ceiling fans throughout. Definitely, one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at Windsor Hills."
