"Bathroom in need of renovation. Tub, toilet and sink. AC inconsistent, did not maintain room temperature. Bed sheet stained. Room smelled stale, like it was a smokers room."

The Resort at Glade Springs
"The room was surprisingly outdated compared to the grounds and outside appearance of most of the buildings. We stayed in the Executive Suite buildings and found them to be dated and in disrepair in several areas. The coffee service in the rooms was equal to a lower end chain hotel, however the price ..."

Adventures on the Gorge
"The quiet and darkness was great for sleeping. Loved being in the woods. We went the first week of October. We were looking forward to all the restaurants on the property. Unfortunately we were not made aware that only one would be open during our stay. That was a big disappointment. It would be nice if that fact would have been made clear on your website."
