Steve and Karen are wonderful hosts. They are considerate and kind. Breakfast was delicious. We were serenaded with Steve on the fiddle and Karen on the washboard. Great fun. Enjoyable visit.

Peaceful & Private - North Texas Family Escape!
We did not bring any pets with us. This has to be the best furnished and equipped VRBO type unit we have ever rented. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well-stocked with all the little nick-nack items you need to cook or open a bottle of wine. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

The place was very spacious, had plenty of room for everyone. Beds, bathrooms, and amenities were very nice and comfortable. I would like to reserve/rent this location again.
