mattress was rough, can feel the springs and was stuff so not so comfy. room smelt of cigarettes or some weird burning scent. was not a nice smell. floor was dirty and stained, bathroom was very wonky in multiple ways

we had problems with the room key everyday. we needed 2 keys and only one would work. they fixed the one then the other would not work. very frustrating

Comfort Hotel Hachinohe
It's a perfect place to stay for the price. It also includes free breakfast and free refreshments from 4pm - midnight I believe. The staff are very inviting, helpful, courteous, and kind.
