"Horrible stay. No air conditioning on a 97F day. The room we were assigned also did not have a private bath - which was news to us. Their website did not disclose that tidbit of information. So we shared two toilets down the hall and one shower stall with 22 other rooms. (!) When we asked if we coukd upgrade to a room with AC, we were told they had plenty available - but we would have to pay triple the price. Really!? We did not even think to ask if a hotel room in the desert Southwest would have AC. Beware! These were but two of the disappointments. Take NOTHING for granted."
