Stayed for two nights. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Shuttle was not available to pick us up at the Gautrain station unfortunately so we had to cross the street and catch an Uber to the hotel. It’s a stylish with bold design choices (leopard prints, chandeliers, a robot in the lobby) but fun, and in good condition. There was a problem retrieving my Expedia reservation but a staff person helped me check in.

The hotel is noce but thw looks are lackong with faiclites. Has issue with shower not workong properly. Safe was dead amd had to be rebatteried, no iron on room and took long for them to supply one. Protea Hotel by Marriott Pretoria Loftus Park
Good hotel, didn’t give the room 5/5 but only 4/5 because of a whining/whistling sound throughout the whole night that stopped me from sleeping well. That and the AC temperature couldn’t be reduced below 18C. Otherwise can’t fault the hotel for anything.
