This is an excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very clean and the service is excellent. The rooms are just fine for what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

Even though it is transforming into a IHG Voco property soon, D8 hit it out of the park! Very walkable area and close to Metro! Lots of dining options nearby. Staff are so nice especially the manager and Peter and Dominica! From the time we arrived to our departure they were 100%!

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Budapest—it truly made our honeymoon extra special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and to our delight, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade.
Our upgraded room had a stunning view overlooking the Danube, and waking up to that breathtaking scenery each morning was unforgettable. It added such a romantic touch to our trip and made our stay feel even more luxurious.
The room itself was beautifully maintained, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
