"The staff was amazing, Rajesh at the front desk and two ladies that were also there were always attentive and helpful. Fahim assisted us at the airport and it felt like a breeze getting through the check points and check in counter. The selection of food available for breakfast was awesome, and the staff from the restaurant were always attentive. The location of the hotel was walkable to many shops and restaurants and it felt safe to do so at night."

"I will not recommend any business people to stay in this hotel, because there is no proper desk to do work..and there was an incident with my case that which I booked my hotel as pay at property and I requested the receiption staff to issue the invoices per my demand...but one of the staff was not familiar with the work and trying to convince me there was no invoice issue at property and invoice should be claimed from Hotel.com..and with the local people's assistance, I still spent 30mins approx. to get my invoice...a bit disappointed with the efficiency... Other than those, the hotel is located in a good area of Banani. Good restaurants and Cafe nearby, very convenient for solo or dual travelers."
