Despite being in the red light district the hotel is conveniently placed between a couple of Metro stations and plenty of bus routes. Front desk staff exceptionally polite. Room clean. Popeye Guesthouse
Air condition was ok just make sure you book with it. Half rooms got just fans and some sites loke agoda show thats there is one and people are upset. Staff is lovley and helpfull. Very good location.
