Only problem was the front of the ac unit and the filters were filthy. I washed filters in the tub and chunks of dust/ dirt came off. Breakfast was good and everything else was reasonably clean.

"The Hotel Morgan is a boutique hotel with the charm of old Morgantown coupled with modern amenities you’d expect in a high end hotel. We stayed in a two Q room that had an interesting layout, different from the typical side by side beds. It was clean and quiet, especially for downtown. The newly renovated, quaint bar was a highlight and a relaxing place to have a quiet drink in contrast to the other loud and crowded college bars of downtown. The food at the bar/restaurant was also great. Street parking is a challenge so be prepared to valet park your car."
