Positive: Central location, friendly staff, simple but comfortable rooms. The rooms and bed sheets need some refreshment but all in all is a confortable stay. Make sure you bring ear plugs as you can hear the noise within the hostel and outside but this is normal in all accommodations in calafate ...

Schilling Patagonia Travellers - Hostel
The staff were excellent. They very friendly and helpful. And as a bonus, the Hostal gave me a free room upgrade which was fantastic. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, fruit, bread, cereal etc. The kitchen needed a bit of an update but it was adequate.
