The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and breakfast were also very good. The hotel is a little ways from the city center so I you don't have a car, this could be a problem.

You can’t sleep here. It’s super noisy. The bed is uncomfortable. I paid $100 a night and it was not worth it. The windows and walls are too thin and you can hear people farting and burping next door. The breakfast is horrible. Not worth paying more than $50 bucks.

Hotel is only a few years old, so clean and in good shape. Breakfast was OK, not a huge variety. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. They have a pickup/dropoff arrangement with a local laundry, which we used. It was fairly convenient though a bit pricey. Hotel is on the upper level of El Calafate, above the crowded streets of the main tourist area, which makes it quieter but a bit too far to walk to restaurants.
