There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. Ring SPA Hostel
The Spa is a great feature. There is a Miaxima store just two minutes away for grocery and household shopping. Ride share options are the easiest to get around to the airport, mall, or city. I used Uber because I already had an account. But Bolt might be a better option.
