I arrived here late at night off the ferry. The hotel was easy to find virtually right at the port and only 5 mins from both A and D terminals. I checked in which was very smooth via the electronic check in kiosks. My room was on the third floor where there’s a well equipped communal area. With fridge, vending machines selling everything including light meals. TV and work area. My room was spacious with a large bathroom. I had a small window looking on to a tiny courtyard. In the morning there is an attached cafe that has an excellent range of options for breakfast. Checkout it s very easy with the ability to leave luggage if desired. The team stop I’m s just round the corner although you will have to take a tram then a bus to reach the airport.

A place to crash, nothing more. It seems like they went out of their way to be Spartan. The tiny staffed office was hidden away and had quite a line, but they were friendly and helpful once it was your turn. Would have been more acceptable had it been cheaper than other hotel options, but it wasn't. Full price for minimal accommodation and no amenities to speak of.

The room is basic but clean and totally adequate for a few nights stay..the ac/ heating control in tge room certainly makes it easy to personalize your own requirement.. Service?? Its automatic booking in...via a consol so no service there...but yes, i did interact via message Before i went and that was a positive experience... The bed and pullows was A1...so comfy.. the shower-really good pressure. Went to the restaurant, but unable to get any ones attention to even be seated so ate in the 'old town'

A very good experience. Room was clean, double bed and good bathroom, and as expected. Hotel was in a good location a short walk from the old town. Check in was automated, but easy and clear instructions provided and no waiting around for check in check out! If you want a TV in room and other amenities perhaps not for you, although wifi good. We fully enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Only issue I had was around 1am someone started doing maintenance on the pipes. So the banging on the pipes and bolts dropping on the floor was super loud and kept me up for several hours until they finished. The breakfast isn’t free it is 16€ and I didn’t have it but the survey didn’t allow me to not put an answer down.

Horrible room- small window to the interior of the building felt like a prison cell. No amenities in the room just 1 thin towel and no kettle. Unfriendly staff. I know this place is on the cheaper side but I think you can get better value for money somewhere else.
