Clean rooms need more food selection in the buffet
We were there for a wedding and we were very pleased about our stay except for the few selection of food in their buffet restaurant. They can improve it a bit for the amount they charge. But other than that, it was excellent. From the location of the hotel (it’s near restaurants shops and mall) to the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will stay here again when we get a chance.

We could not use pool and hot tub since they are repair the facilities. However, when I booked the hotel, there is no comment. If I knew it, I have never choose the hotel. And they just gave one bottle water. Weird.

Good: Location is great if you need to be in Surrey area. Friendly staff. Not so good: Pool and hot tub area is outdoor, and was closed during our stay (which was disappointing). Building is a bit older, and rooms even with renovations feel old and outdated. Overall, this property closer to a 3 star, not 4 as represented.
