Where the hotel scored highly was in communication -prompt answers to questions about late night shuttle, and acknowledged very late arrival. Room was good for price. Shuttle both ways was as per timings. Only minor minus breakfast doesnt start til 0730 on weekend.

"The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "
