The lobby had an overwhelming deodorizing smell that was awful. The smell was so strong it took your breath away and you could taste it. Desk people were nice. In our room there was garbage on the floor between the sink and the wall (a toothpaste tube and some other items). No shampoo, No cups for coffee. The toilet took 5 minutes to fill. The bed was amazingly comfortable, The bathroom was clean other than the above mentioned. The carpet seemed dirty in a way like it needed replaced. Not what I would have expected for staying at a Hilton.

Staff were all wonderful! The room was one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was barely roomy enough for one person and the shower water pressure was almost nonexistent, while the sink had all the pressure. Location is great! Food choices at the hotel were limited, but don’t sleep on the Taphouse across the street-their breakfast is bangin’ and the servers were all so friendly.

Had to change rooms right away, view of the roof and ceiling was peeling, they gave me a beach view balcony room to replace it. New room good but did have dirt coming from air vent. Lots of additional fees, resort fees plus taxes on those fees, valet parking only option they said 40.00 per day so roughly $80/ day just to be there.

The room had beach view, was tidy and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Beach towles were big and comfy. BUT if I book a hotel which is discriped as Beach Resort I assume, that umbrellas and sunchairs are free of charge. So one star less because you had to pay for beach ameneties.

The hotel itself is very nice. However, our room did not have hot water, and it was not possible to fix locally. We were relocated to a second room which was much better. The prices for the food were a little high, even by hotel standards. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and service-oriented.
