No porblem in making reservation, however fee was changed from one day to the next very disturbing

This hotel had been sold out the prior 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were not able to get a room since it was not cleaned/ready. The check-in time was alteady later at 4:00 pm. At 6:30 pm, they still did not have a room ready. We asked to cancel, and they said we had to work with Travelocity. When calling Travelocity, there was a 90-minute hold time. We were not able to get through.

EASY TO USE. I HAVE TROUBLE FINDING THE WHEELCHAIR REQUEST BUT IT IS WITH THE PAYMENT SECTION. YOU MIGHT PUT SOMETHING IN THE TICKET SECTION SAYING THAT.
