Flt was changed by 1 hour and I had to move 3 different appointments around to get this flight. Maybe it was the airline but this could have been confirmed before listing the flight times in Travelocity.

I was booked into a hotel that was closed due to hurricane Laura damage. But I was charged a cancellation fee when I cancelled the reservation!

Jet Blue cancelled my flight and I was not notified by Travelocity. I didn’t know my flight was cancelled until I tried to check in for my flight the day before I was supposed to go home. I tried to change my flight because there wasn’t supposed to be a fee to change a flight. I ended up having to pay over $500 for the new flight. I will never book with Travelocity again.

You have been absolutely callous in your dealing with the COVID crisis and its effect on travel and restrictions placed by countries on others. You have refused to help me get my refund, even though you have cancelled a big portion of my travel, without my wish, including my return flight. You have made me deal directly with an international hotel that is refusing to give me a refund. Instead, you have made it my problem, despite the fact that I booked through you and we are in an international medical emergency and people are being restricted from travelling. What’s the point of booking with you if you will just tell me the hotel has refused to refund my money even though Americans cannot travel to Europe, and Europe saw its highest number of COVID deaths just on 9/18/20. You just don’t seem to care.

Was told flight canceled due to Covid had been refunded and funds weren’t available to pay for my flight. My canceled flight hasn’t been refunded. Was it easier to make me pay for another ticket than use a portion of my existing credit? I’m betting it was! I hate being lied to!!!
