Promo codes don’t work on anything. Place I wanted would only show with hotel and flight only and then was unavailable. Site is very difficult to use . The heart icon was not available making it very difficult to narrow choices.

Travilocity is great but the hotel was in the wro g and i was charged because they wouldnt let me check in with my paper dmv even tho they did before. Same name on id as credit card. My wallet was stolen.

I can’t imagine that you guys at travelocity even attempted to look at the rooms that this quality in is renting to your customers. Because if you did you definitely would have red flagged or in some way tell me that the rooms at this quality inn are so bad there absolutely filthy, moldy, the carpet was so dirty it ruined our socks walking on it. Cobwebs everywhere. I got bit on my freaking ankles when I got under the blankets to go to sleep. I think someone from travelocities staff or what ever you want to call it. Should know about properties like this. Coos bay quality inn it was the worst I’ve ever stayed in in my life period. Has anyone from your company even physically went there well if not go check out room 127 then call me back and tell me what you think . And if you don’t fully agree with what I’ve said on any topic I’ve discussed. Then your either blind or your just a freaking liar. On top of the whole thing I thought going through you guys I would get the best price possible !!!!! Well it was 189.00 dollars for one night . The place was hardly good enough for my dog. . Do you guys just take the peoples word for it at quality in that the rooms are nice ????? Go there for yourself . I think I should have gotten a heads up from you guys telling me that the freaking rooms are fuc… up

The information about the La Quinta in Wytheville, Va was incorrect about “pet friendly” fees and availability. Also the website reversed the order of my name when making the reservation with the motel. If I hadn’t contacted the motel directly, I would not have had a reservation.

Im extremely upset and pissed off.. travelocity or the hotel i was put in touch with (best western) THRU and BY Travelocity.. completely STOLE and ran off eith my 150$ deposit. Was told by the desk clerk morning of checkout that it was being returned to me card and everything was fine. Could take up to 5 days to be released and put back on your card. 2 months later? Its not back in my account. And now doesnt even show up on card history pages as “Pending” or anything anymore.
