Great stay! Centrally located for the activities and shows we went to see.Clean, quiet, nice hotel!

It was a good stay as always, only two complaints. One of the towers always has a line to use elevator, and sometimes even if you don't have a placard out for do not disturb your room still doesn't get cleaned.

Once we got there, it was not clear on the self parking and how to do it in and out. Also the elevators going to the rooms need to be easier to access when checking in with luggage and full hands. Our stay was amazing at Caribe Royal. We stayed in a queen bedroom suite which was lovely. Our view showed the majority of the Orlando sky line which was great. Parking was very convenient. A 10/10 stay and will be back again.

Super close to Disney and a lot of restaurants, stores, souvenir shops, etc. Free shuttle to Disney. Free continental/cold breakfast. Quiet area. Very nice staff. Big pools, playground and arcade room. Spacious wardrobe, complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine.

The ghost tour was interesting and we had a nice meal.

Hotel was really nice. Staff was nice. Room was pretty nice. Generally clean. Only issue was the carpet smelled like it got wet and was all musty, so I kept spraying my bath and body spray throughout the room so it didn't smell. Breakfast was also okay. Pretty basic. Clean, close to rental car area and airport.

The view was great and room was ok but there was a heat wave and the a/c could not handle the heat in any part of the hotel. The room, gym, and even the lobby was hot. Also, the toilet was running and spilling water on the floor the whole stay. For a $400 a night hotel, I expect better.

Requests of staff were met promptly and with care.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and clean. The elevators weren’t working for a couple days and the rooms were small but overall I enjoyed my vacation there I will go back again.

It was pretty nice. Me and my husband went around 4 hours early and we couldn’t checkin but they took our luggage so we could walk around. It was close to restaurants so that makes everything easy for us. Good location. I would definitely come back.

The rooms are large and the beach view from our balcony was magnificent! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating.

The staff were extremely attentive, and Rounny, who works in the restaurant area, was especially kind—he always knew what we wanted to drink. The food was varied and delicious.

Very comfortable place

There is nowhere else to go eat. The food there is super expensive tacos are the cheapest food you could buy anywhere and I paid 25 dollars for 3 tacos and 3 quesadillas crazy. The staff members were not the friendliest and the pool was a bit dirty.
