Airline should include a CLEAR NOTE that this trip is NOT friendly for people with disablities. After landing people have to get into a bus to get to the airport building. Disabled have better airline options to avoid this difficulty.

My experience with Aeromexico's website was awful, the worst experience I've ever had. It really needs a major improvement. It would keep me from flying Aeromexico in spite of the good experience with your employees.

The plane needs to be be cleaner. It looked like we were about the 10th flight on that day, especially bathrooms!

On the flight from Atlanta to Mexico City there was no announcement that you had to pick up your bag in Mexico City and check it in again for your connecting flight. I was told that it had been checked all the way to Huatulco. I haven't travelled internationally and was traveling alone and did not know to check for this, therefore I was without luggage for 2 days and had to pay someone to retrieve it for me since I was in a remote location. It would have been VERY helpful if there had been an announcement on the plane that we needed to do this. It was announced several times on the flight back to the US but not once on the flight into Mexico City.
