The staff was incredibly thoughtful helping me carry some things to my room, as I had strained my arm. Dinner from the restaurant was very good and so convenient open late at night after a long day of traveling.

The staff and room were absolutely amazing. The only downside was it is quite a bit further from the airport than you would imagine… a 20-30min walk. There is a bus that you can take which drops off very close, but we did not realize this until we arrived on foot. We ate in the restaurant and the food was adequate but below average for Switzerland. However, for an airport-style hotel we were overall impressed and would stay here again.

The staff was not especially friendly and in one case had trouble accessing some amenities that are kept under lock and key. The property is very good in its location as an airport hotel and the room itself was the best on my 27 day trip, the night before I came home. So I have mixed feelings but am willing to give the hotel a second chance.

Big beautiful clean room. Incredibly comfy bed and pillows. The room had electronic shutters, so was completely black at night (the rarest quality for a room these days) and dead silent. If you are staying by the airport and need good sleep, stay here
