Pros:
The hotel has a very good location, with easy access to both the tram and train station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient. Breakfast was acceptable, though nothing exceptional.
Cons:
The room was extremely small, to the point that there was no space to put our bag. There was no in-room safe. The air conditioning was locked and could not be adjusted, which was uncomfortable. Noise insulation was very poor, and noise from the room above was clearly audible, especially when chairs were moved, which happened frequently. A simple improvement would be to add protective caps or pads to the legs of chairs to reduce the loud scraping noises, and it is unclear why this has not been addressed yet, as it was mentioned in another review. Additionally, the complimentary water was not replenished by room service and was only provided once per stay, which felt very cheap.
