Had 2 Premium Rooms, 2 Twin Beds, Harbor View (High Floor). Awesome view and area. Comfortable room. Good air-conditioning, no smell. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices in a nice bright room. Loved this hotel and will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful hotel located on the water. It was close to all sightseeing along the waterfront. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom could use an update but was clean and functional. The breakfast buffet was amazing with Japanese and western options.

Buyer beware

Nice hotel in an exciting area of Yokohama, but questionable pricing practices. This property carries an iconic brand name and is in a great location. However, the pricing structure is misleading. The room rate quoted on the hotel.com website was lower than what I was actually charged. Each night was billed at a different rate, with some nights costing more than double the quoted price. Importantly, none of the nights were less than the quoted rate, so it was not an average as implied. Local taxes are shown separately online, so the discrepancy was not tax-related. Guests should be aware of the bait-and-switch pricing tactics used at this location.

Very nice hotel from the outside but the inside was out dated. The remote had Netflix on it but the hotel stated they didn’t offer it. I know it’s dumb but when the pictures are amazing and the actual hotel rooms are underwhelming you start nitpicking

This was a great choice for an amazing view of the harbor and downtown Yokohama from one of the suites. The bathtub and shower with a view of the harbor were beyond amazing. It was fairly easy to walk to some of the main harbor-area attractions.
