Had a lovely stay at Villa Sunny, ideally located not far from Marina Rubicón, which is well worth a visit. Excellent communication with the owner, both before and during our stay . Everything we needed in the villa was there for us and we really enjoyed the outside space. The heated pool was great and we even took advantage of the table tennis table. We would definitely recommend this villa.

A wonderful stay. Everything as described and contact with the owner was consistent, prompt and at all times helpful & informative. The location for us was perfect, private, quiet and secure. A 10 .minute walk to the nearest supermarket and 15 min walk to Marina Rubicon. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

What a fabulous time we had at this Villa. On arrival, it was extremely clean, tidy and peaceful. The host , Aitor, was a fantastic communicator and the arrival information was clear and easy. The Villa was equipped with everything we needed, we are a family of four (older adult children) and had lots of room here. As we were here for two weeks, fresh bedding, towels were provided halfway through… the pool was also cleaned on this day too. The pool area is a lovely sun spot. The neighbourhood is peaceful…so perfect for reading and chilling. The Villa is a perfect base. The Rubicon harbour is around a 25 minute walk, but we enjoyed a gentle stroll each time we went out and stopped in a bar halfway for a cocktail. The Playa Dorado beach was brilliant for swimming, and plenty of water sports, snack bars. We did hire a car, so visited the waterpark in CT, Papagayo beach (beautiful), and went on a buggy tour in the national park which was fun.Lots of supermarkets to choose from, alcohol in the Aldi is extremely cheap.. it’s a 12 minute walk to the nearest HyperDino.I would definitely recommend this villa, I will be back for sure.

Lovely Quiet Area

We were happy enough with the Villa but the towels were shabby and we would have expected a bottle of water on arrival, apart from that we have enjoyed the property.

Lovely , clean villa.

Villa was perfect for my partner and I as we have 3 children between us all of different ages and so the space in the villa and pool area was important to us and it was a great space. The pool was a good size and outside area was very tidy. The hammocks were a great added touch as very relaxing to sit in on a night. It was a 12 min walk to superdino and about 25min walk to the Rubicon shopping centre and main area. Taxis back to the villa from there was only 4euros so very reasonable. The host was always available via whatsapp.

Absolutely perfect

The villa is absolutely beautiful and a right sun trap I loved every minute of my stay. The pool was a good size and the temperature was perfect. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location not far from the shops and marina. All directions and recommendations were excellent and Aitor kept in touch through out my stay. Thank you very much for a lovely holiday.

Just arrived back and can say we had a wonderful holiday. The villa was a home from home, spotlessly clean and everything it said in the advertisement. The owner stayed in touch throughout the lead up and was helpful with all our questions, even allowing us in early due to our early flight. Would throughly recommend and will return.

La villa era esattamente come da descrizione, adeguatamente attrezzata e molto pulita. Si trova in un'area recintata, tranquilla e silenziosa. Noi ci siamo trovati decisamente bene, ho avuto anche un piccolo problema che Aitor mi ha prontamente risolto. Ci ritornerei. Voto 10 e lode.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir haben 14 Tg im Haus verbracht. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war sehr gut.

une résidence avec TOUT le confort, agréable à vivre.

la communication via whatsapp est fluide, les clés accessible, les documents clairs. c'est top. la maison est propre, avec tout le confort. La piscine est chauffée et peut monter jusqu'a 34°C car bien exposée ( c'est appréciable ). la cuisine est top et on peut faire les courses à 800m. Ensuite on est à 15min à pieds de la marina, Nous avons bien profité avec nos enfants de 9 ans qui ont adoré la table de tennis de table et netflix :p Pour nous, c'est la location idéale.
