Relaxing time in a well equipped peaceful villa
Casa Palana was the perfect location for us to unwind with the privacy of our own pool, hot tub and poolside sunbathing terrace. The Villa and outside space was spacious with more than enough room for the two of us and easily enough for 5/6 people. There were lots of local restaurants and a handful of shops about 3 minutes walk away that made the balance between self catering and eating out a lot easier. You can get by without a car here but having a car opens up the whole island. There was space for one car outside the villa but there was also some street parking nearby if there were multiple cars in your party. The pool was great. It is solar heated by solar panels heating the water but the breeze did make it a little chilly at times but you’d get that anywhere on the island really. The hot tub was always warm and is in its own private walled off area which makes relaxing easy. The bed was the most comfortable that we’ve had on any Spanish holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and the bbq was a nice touch as well. There is no air conditioning but all the windows can be left open with secure shutters with insect netting on and there are multiple fans for guest use.
We needed to contact the management company once in order to resolve an issue with the fans which was dealt with extremely quickly. The management company is the old owners Paul and Cerys who were lovely and very knowledgeable about the Villa and the area.
I’d highly recommend Casa Palana to others and would be happy to be contacted for questions from other potential guests
