The bright and airy property is spacious throughout with high quality furnishings and a sunsoaked terrace completed with a private pool. The lively Rubicon Marina is also easily accessible by car and is well worth a visit during your stay. WiFi and pool heating are included along with air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and lounge area.
This semi-detached villa is situated in a residential area in Playa Blanca and is around 20 minutes' walk or five minutes by car from the resort centre itself. The nearest beach is Playa Dorada which is approximately 15 minutes' walk away.
