The engineer that designed the shower stull apparently never used it because it was too narrow for a anyone with broad shoulders to use comfortably. It looked nice, but .....

This Hampton Inn is in the process of remodeling. The newly remodeled room was very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. I will definitely stay here again.

Property was undergoing renovations and it was loud, with construction. Hot water was out until anround 7:00 pm. Equipment throughout one half of our floor. They worked until around 6:00 pm. We knew about construction before visit, so we were okay with everything!

The staff was very responsive, the rooms were clean and tidy. The property is being renovated and upgraded so the mess outside and some signs inside is understandable. We had to change rooms due to a TV which was no benefit (no signal) nor did the room phone work. Both rooms were the furthest from the elevators on the assigned floor which made it difficult for my wife who has balance problems when walking. I should have requested a room closer to the elevators or one on the first floor so that’s on me. Hope the next stay, in a couple weeks will be better. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

We did not like the room since it was next to the elevator and had a guge crack in the window. We called to have the room changed but were told it could not be done. We will consider staying in a non Hampton Inn during our next road trip.

Check-in and check-out were quick and convenient. Staff was courteous and helpful and even gave recommendations for places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
