Beach front. It cannot get better than that. Pricey? Yes, but well worth the view. Plus there is a long porch with plenty of chairs and a full size table for eight. Even a less than optimal weather day was great. The property was as advertised. The private elevator was a plus. Also, one of the reasons I rented this property was for the elsewhere unheard of four parking spaces!! We had an issue with two shower drains clogged, but the hosting real estate company quickly sent someone out and fixed the issue.Cons:The cleaning service could spend a little more time cleaning. There was a sticky area on one end of the kitchen counter. We came across a couple of dust/hair balls rolling across the floor. Suggestion: Every other VRBO I have stayed in had a folder or booklet containing everything needed to know, including the house rules, such as what to do when checking out (pull sheets, what to do with towels, etc). This would have also, if it existed, included instructions for the elevator. The elevator instructions were only posted inside the elevator. So, if you initially have problems, guess what?Recommend? Absolutely! We most definitely enjoyed our stay. Also, it was only about 20 minutes from the airport. Another plus.
