This is the view of the lake from the top of the crater in wizard island. No filters or editing of this image . I was amazed to see the color of the water. Its indigo blue , crystal clear ,btw the color is because of 2 ingredients : Purity and depth( 1900 ft) You can see the small waves and rippes and the surrounding greenery. Should def add to your bucketlist. #waterlust

Many people don't get to discover the wizard island . This needs a boat tour reservation and it sells out pretty quickly on weekends and holidays. We got a chance to take the boat tour on July 4th and we had 3 full hours to explore this place . This is the top view of the crater after hiking almost 2 miles up from the island. The views are mind blowing . The best thing I have seen so far . You can take a round around the top of the crater and get to see 360 deg view of the entire Crater lake .
Deep , pure lake , indigo blue in color surrounded by cliffs with a violent volcanic past . It has to be experienced to feel it . #waterlust #craterlake #bluewaters #deepestlake #purest
