The room could sleep 8 which was great for us! The front desk staff was normally very helpful. The fact that it comes with access to other properties and outdoor amenities and admission to other places is so great. BUT… the on site play areas closed early 3 days in a row which was difficult when traveling with 5 kids and having 3 more hours until bedtime. We stayed there because of the outside, on site play areas, but they were closed more than they were open while we were on site and needing to use them. That was very disappointing.

We've stayed at Natura multiple times - usually its our go to when my daughter has a cheer competition in the Dells (which is usually at least twice a season). We always get the rooms with 2 (I think) queen beds and a bunk bed. The ones we have stayed in have always been VERY spacious! We are always there in the winter so the outdoor things are closed. The hotel is no frills; just basic.. but the price reflects that. There is a pool and hot tub - unfortunately the last time we stayed, the hot tub was not very "hot".. it was luke warm at best. The front desk just kindof shrugged their shoulders and said "that's as hot as it goes". So that was disappointing - but otherwise we have always been satisfied with Natura as a place to sleep in between days at competitions.

The staff was lovely but the experience was terrible. Rooms were nice but the property is split into two buildings with limited parking. Quiet time is listed at 10:30 and kids were running around and slamming doors til 1:00 am, Completely unacceptable. I went to call the front desk and got no answer. I did also only book this place because free breakfast was included come to find out that it is no longer an option. I will be looking for an alternative option next trip.

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bath drainage was terrible — the water just wouldn’t drain properly, which made showering unpleasant. On top of that, there was no bath soap provided, which seemed like a basic amenity that was overlooked. Another inconvenience was the lack of a sidewalk, making it difficult to walk around safely. As for the coffee, it was awful — definitely not what you’d expect from a resort. To make matters worse, the closest coffee shop was a BP gas station, which really says a lot. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and accommodating stay. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and makes some much-needed improvements.

Clean but loud stay

The room itself was very clean and they cleaned our room on a daily basis if we wanted. But the walls and ceiling are paper thin. People were very loud in hallway and above us.
