Just not a good experience

I loved the desk clerk the room was not clean smelled like mold only one outlet worked for charging. Not even lamps plugs weren't working. Nasty wash cloth in the shower. The toilet was not bolted down. Bed wasn't a queen size. I'm very dissatisfied

This property is the worst place we’ve ever stayed at! It was outdated about 50 years! There was a tv on constantly in the tiny lobby and i could hear it in my room. We weren’t aware there wasn’t an elevator . My husband and I are 70 years old with bad backs/hips etc. we would like a refund as soon as possible.
