Love the property but they charged me an extra $60 dollars after my initial charge for the room. We hadn't even gotten up to the room yet. Now they say it will take several days to reimburse! They call it an amenities fee in case we "damage" the room. OUTRAGEOUS!

This is one of the best and convenient ski properties. Can’t wait to stay with them again. The staff was awesome sad to hear that one of the front desk employees willl be leaving to go work at another resort next year.

Our unit had a small kitchen which was nicely stocked with everything that you would need. It did not have an oven in our unit, only a microwave. Very friendly staff willing to help.
